This is part 1.
I attended the meeting and was not around PC to monitor.
Had an error while gone.
All the outages have caused havoc to some of my electronics.
Have been able to save portions of the meeting.
This is the first portion I have been able to save.
I am still working on the rest.

There will be a break in this blog as I have leg and ankle reconstruction surgery the 13th and will be down for some time.
As soon as I am able to I will carry on but in all reality the city is capable of doing what I am doing for them.
It is not rocket science and it is dirt cheap to do it.
