Total extorted from enterprise funds for the budget year ending June 30, 2011 alone not counting budget years before and present.
$113,177.37 Owed back to enterprise funds along with rates lowered to reflect the extortion.
As I have proven that so called right of way fee we the rate payers are paying is illegal.
So those like Lance who said "all city's do it" did not know what he was talking about!!!
It was his attempt to cover up his and the four's embezzlement of the citizens and steal from the utilities fund revenues.
I hope they enjoy spending this stolen revenue as much as paying it back from their personal accounts before this is over.

All of the "fees" are illegal. There is no recorded ordinance, resolution, action of council, or the citizens that allows it, PERIOD
Lance, Jeff, Gail, Tom, Randy and the rest are STEALING from all of us every day, and they know it.
They are just hoping that we are all stupid enough to believe the "We own the freeway" smokescreen.
