So that you know I cannot wait for you to get your attorney opinion's you promised every citizen tonight to prove your statement that there is a law that says all cities must charge a franchise fee because that is pure hog wash just as I proved tonight.
So bluff your way out of this one now.

And now that you say there is a law saying cities can charge a PILOT to citizen rate payers to use the city right of way and you are going to get an attorney opinion on that I cannot wait.
Fools are born every day and you will be it.
Again bluff your way out of this one as well.
After all you said you were going to get it.
So now I call your bluff again.


Do not forget to ask the attorney if that applies to anything other than another governmental agency or non-profit. 
But most importantly do not forget to ask if that also applies to citizens who already pay fees for the service's, property, road and gas taxes all that pay for the right to use that city right of way to begin with.
Also do not forget to ask if the law restricting the use of revenue of the electrical light for other city purposes other than electrical gives the city the right to charge a right of way fee or pilot to use that revenue for other purposes.


Not to mention the fact that that was a new fee by the title of the resolution and the date it was passed violated our very City Charter and you led the charge to rob the citizens.


Because I have already spoken with the best and all of this together is the case.


Besides in the end I will win everything including public support which you have lost and are loosing more and more every day.


Now that you also said in the council meeting tonight that you are going to get an opinion concerning violation of our fourth amendment right to a republican form of government should you try to seat any council member past the general election I wish you all the luck with that as well.
And again bluff your way out of this one.

And once again I have all the support on this one as well.


So what I suggest is you practice puckering up your ass cheeks as this is going to hurt your reputation.

Face the fact now Lance you are nothing but hot air.

Now you had the chance to respond to all the fraud I could have proved at the meeting and do something to fix the problem.
I also had every right to continue on but now you can all deal with it my way.
So again pucker up as it is a coming and I promise to make it hurt  your reputation.


Yet you want to stomp on my right to redress government and be an informed citizen.

I mean Lance do you really think the people support these rates that are so far out of the norm or do you think the people want to have their right to vote for their government stripped away from them?
This fight is a no brainer for me and a political spoiler for you.
  
And Gail these opinion's just may have saved some of (not all of) your personal funds and the reputation you have left as I have done by diligent research and had it explained to me by the best there is.
Beside's if the city attorney gives a different opinion it will be decided in court as I have been waiting for that opinion for a long time as well as many other's.
Now it is time to dance.


But what you seem to not get through that hard head of yours is until that opinion does come the citizens are going to keep thinking the government is thieves and frauds just as I have been proving all along.
So get it or not I do not care as I will love spending your money along with the rest of you self appointed clowns who support violating the citizens right to vote for their government in the General Election in accordance to our City Charter and State Law and most importantly the U.S. fourth amendment right guaranteed to every citizen.

So do not be the laughing stock of the town as you were on the work order, use of tourism funds, the robbery of our fourth amendment and many other issue's and statements.
Because some of the stuff you say makes sense and then you say such idiotic things that I cannot help but laugh out loud at you.
Along with other I have spoken with as well.


And Randy I did not forget you in all this excitement. 
Now that you realize that I was not kidding when I said the city was in violation of GASB Rule 34 and 54 and you played dumb. 
Then had the stupidity to ask if I know of any other city which follows the law.


Wait until I put the proof on this blog that when you where in council last time as an elected official that you specifically, were personally mailed, the fact the city was in violation of the GASB laws and had been for some time. 
And to top that off the city under your leadership was written up for those very violations that you played stupid about to me.


So I am going to give you your own blog page for this one.
Then let's see what do you have to say for yourself then?

And before I go the Governor contacted the Secretary of State concerning my Voters fraud complaint.
This is because another citizen is also pushing for voters fraud with the State and the Governor sent that complaint to be enjoined with mine.


The Secretary of State has determined some of my violations it appears and needs more info so she will be sending the Treasurer of the Five Alarm Recall Committee (Tina Terrani) a Letter of Inquiry this coming month from what I read in the email sent to me. 


Then the proof these people got seated because the voters were unlawfully frauded will be here before the next election. ( and I will continue proving them to be frauds until then).


What I also understand is the Secretary of State does not have Jurisdiction on any of the criminal matters so she will refer them to the State Attorney General by law. (But I already knew that was coming because I put it there as well as the State Police and now the wait is for the Secretary of State)


So I just thought you all would like to know where that is at.
But All I can really say other than that is it looks good or it would have been kicked out long ago.
