October 19, 2011 City Council Meeting.
This has the ads off of channel 23 to show that an agenda for this meeting was never posted or advertised to inform the public. So watch if you want or fast forward.
One would expect this form of government in the former U.S.S.R. but not here in small town America.
Watch a council without a legal quorum vote to take the citizen right to vote away and appoint a government, by government, to a separate class of citizens to pay them back, or allow them to buy their council seats, for their support of the Five Alarm Recall Committee.
Remember that Committee committed fraud upon the people by taking public record documents deleting sections, adding section and then publishing they were public records to unduly influence the voters.
Remember one appointee pledged $500.00 to form this committee. I guess Chicago had it wrong when they tried to sell Obama’s seat?
Let’s also remember an appointee has a wife on that committee who pledged $500.00 to form this committee and the committee is under investigation for voter fraud.
Again when can a direct family member buy a political seat and be involved in the voters fraud that vacated that seat with that fraud?
When can a councilor reward those who opposed his recall and spoke out on his behalf making them a separate class of people only eligible that he would appoint to the council?
Oh just watch this from the 2 minute mark and watch your constitution get violated.

Well it looks like "King" Lance and "Queen" Eva disrespected Tom & took away his right to make a motion or second a motion. Is this America or some feudal fight? If it is not illegal it should be. Those two do not make a quorum, nor do they have the power to usurp the citizens right to choose & vote. It was an understanding, of many, that after the interviews only one person would be chosen & appointed to the Council creating a quorum. Then with a quorum they could do the City business. The balance of the council should have been seated by a special election. But no, Lance had to make sure his buddies got into office. What a travesty!!! They can argue all they want about the Charter, however just remember that Lance was on that committee. Next he will appoint himself as mayor. What an ego that man has & the only hope the citizens have is to get a judicial review. Hopefully, they will be recalled or thrown out of office due to their voter fraud. Stand up people for justice. This IS our City as much as they want to take away our rights. They better not shut down public comments or there will be hell to pay.
Well the loyal nobles gave the tyrant his crown for rewarding them with or allowing them to buy a seat at the round table.
