VOTE THE TRUTH AND NOT THE LIES.

                With the recall ballots arriving in your mail boxes Saturday or Tuesday, this could very well be the most important vote you cast for this City.

                Now most of you really do not know what to do? You have one side saying this and another side saying that. So let’s go beyond cheap talk and see the facts for ourselves. Because once you understand the cause of the problem your vote should be easy.

                First off you have unproven claims of secret meetings by what is now called the “5 alarmers” against this council. We all remember how our former mayor held secret meetings without all of council’s knowledge. Now let’s watch how our former mayor and Council Member Masters handled being caught having a secret meeting.

                           Now I want to go back in time to show how our former mayor tried to stop free speech and made demands of the public, which he clearly ignores himself with this council. Forward ahead to 9:46 of this first video.

                                Now watch any meeting since this council was sworn in which that very former mayor has attended and see what a hypocrite he truly is. They are all there just watch them.

                We all know the seriousness of the meltdown of our emergency services department but there are some that do not understand why. It is a simple answer. Because for over 27 years now, this City has been basically robbing the rate payers of the cities utilities. What you have to remember is how knowingly and deliberately the past administration and city administrator robbed us in violation of the law with no remorse what so ever. Listen for the term internal transfers, how much money leaves the city and how they could just rob the citizens like this.

                  Yes voters this City has been making the rate payers support this city by means of an unlawful tax and in full violation of utility laws. The previous attorney opinion that Bernard mentions in this video is on this blog. As you have read this right of way fee is a privilege tax and is illegal under the law. Look at the sale to this council that this was a legal action by our former city administrator. Watch as Council member Masters pushes to help sale this with another illegal utility action. Note as well how anytime the city needed money the city would just take from the utility funds. Also note how the city attorney backs out. But what is also not mentioned was there was a previous resolution to take 5.6 % of the gross revenues from the utilities. What this did was added another 5 % taking of the gross revenues also in violation of the law. But the most repulsive issue this video brought up was the unlawful stealing of the utility funds when a city administrator or administration needed an ordinance enforcement car for example. So they robbed the rate payers in violation of the law.

                So voters when you cast that ballot you better think long and hard.

                You have seen the auditor’s report on this blog and you can clearly see who is responsible and it was not this council. If you go back to the videos on you tube and previous minutes you will clearly see the 2 council members of this recall as well as one new one fight to prevent just what has happened. You will also see council member Masters along with the former mayor support what they knew was wrong and not in the best interest of the city which led to the collapse of our emergency services department.

                Go back to the videos since this council was sworn in and you will see a takeover by the “5 alarmers”, which in effect toppled the emergency services department.

                And if you think for a minute that these “5 alarmers” are not pulling the strings of the volunteers you better think again. And if you vote to recall Mayor Fischer, or council members Benson, Height or Pruit and do not vote to recall council member Masters you are going to leave the door open for these “5 alarmers” to weasel their way back into power and remember they do not care how hard it is for you and your family to make ends meet to pay your utility bills as they hold the power to shut you off to meet their personal agendas in violation of the law.

          Yes this previous council and their secret meetings are proven here. All because they did not want the public to know what they were doing. Yet they say without any credible proof this council is doing what they did.

                 And the admission by our former chief, telling this council that the former city administrator asked him to change public records and the chief doing it without questioning how illegal it really is. Not to mention all his attempts to hide it by submitting documents with ommitted information, which got him caught. It makes me wonder just how far this former City Administrator or Chief went to cook the books?

So before you vote think hard if you want to support any recall other than council member Masters, because if you leave the door open for these people to get back in power you will be sorry. And if they or any of those that support these people get into power, your utilities will stay the highest in the entire Pacific Northwest, your streets will be left in disarray as they have been, your utilities will be left in the stone age and be better off owned by the private market, the utility infrastructure will be allowed to degrade beyond the dangerous level it was left to this council, business will not be able to afford to set up shop to create cost of living jobs and these people will not care, just so long as they can buy what they want and have the best pay and benefits in the state at the expense of the tax/rate payers.

Now had the volunteers not exercised power they did not have for the “5 alarmers” in violation of the law we would still have an emergency services department.

This council did not create this problem past councils did, followed by the “5 alarmers”, their cult members and finally taken down by the volunteers.

That is who took our emergency services department down and do not think otherwise. It is all on the public record just read it.

I know how I am going to vote and you better think long and hard about leaving even a crack in the door, to those that have destroyed this city to give them any opportunity to get back into power in any way.

This vote can silence these people once and for all and allow this council to get some work done without interference and obstacles’.  Because it will let them know that we the citizens are tired of their illegal ways and we will not accept being stolen from any longer.

We can tell them we want cost of living jobs, an environment where business wants to set up shop here, utility rates in line with the rest of our neighbors, pot holes fixed, our utilities allowed to grow and support themselves and never again will the kind of spending that happened, where the means to pay for the debt was not determined before assuming that debt ever be allowed to happen again and if they do not like it they can move back to where they came from.

But the most important thing of all is that this city will comply with the law.

Now what has the "5 alarmers" proven out of all their claims? Only that Councilmember Benson did not get State building permits for his personal business which I know he is going to have to correct if true.

In reading the email sent to Mr. Brostoff before the former interim City Administrator became a disgruntled worker this former interim Administrator saw no problems with it and he authorized it.

Now since that time he has stated the exact opposite so which version is he lying about?
Not to mention his blackmail attempt and coercion violation of law to get the council to lie for him so he could quit, go to school and get unemployent at the expense of the taxpayers.

As the paper clearly stated the part where the mayor told the building inspector he helped was retracted and retracted to say, it was told to the building inspector by other citizens that the Mayor helped councilmember Benson. Can you guess who those citizens might be? Can you say "5 alarmers"?

Out of all four of their recalls that is all they proved.

Read what they are being recalled for on the ballot and look at what they proved. That is what you are voting on and nothing else. One thing maybe.
Every thing else has been a downright lie. 

But even that one item against one councilor may turn out to be unfounded as if those buildings are ANSI certified no state, county or city agency can create any law which stops the use of any ANSI approved item in any way. We do not know this nor has there been a determination by a court on this matter.

Now I am only one vote and for the sake of this City I ask you to make the right vote.

Vote no to recall Mayor Fischer, Councilmember’s Benson, Height and Pruit.

And vote yes to recall Councilmember Masters.
